Robert Joiner – Case 2020-0048: $2,000.00 – Count I - Unlicensed in the State of Alabama; Count II - Installing a septic tank without a permit from the local health department.
Robert Joiner – Case 2021-0013: $3,000.00 – Count I - Unlicensed in the State of Alabama; Count II – no permit; Count III -soliciting/advertising without a license.

Actions taken at the June 8, 2021 Board Meeting

Lesley Jackson – $200.00 fine – Count I: for installing/repairing onsite septic system without a license from AOWB; installing/repairing onsite septic system without a permit from the local health department. ($100) Count II: for installing/repairing onsite septic system without a license from AOWB; installing/repairing onsite septic system without a permit from the local health department. ($100)
Kevin Ho – $1,000.00 fine – Count I: installing/repairing onsite septic system without a permit from the local health department. ($500) Count II: for installing/repairing onsite septic system without a license from AOWB; ($500)
Tommie Brown – NO FINE; Retake Basic Installer training with license suspended until training is complete and he passes the exam. – Installation of an engineered system without proper license from AOWB and no permit from the local health department.
Joseph Scarbrough – Case dismissed.

Ryan McCain - $250.00 amended fine to be paid in 30 days – no license no permit

Craig Richardson - $1000.00 fine for installing/repairing onsite septic system without a license from AOWB; installing/repairing onsite septic system without a permit from the local health department.

John Ballard – Fined $2,000.00 – Installed underground piping and force main on a decentralized onsite wastewater system without a license and solicited business without a license.

Gary Burton: Fined: $1,000.00 for maintaining a decentralized onsite wastewater system without a license.
Ronald Garner: Fined: $1,000.00 for maintaining a decentralized onsite wastewater system without a license.
Ashton Parrish: Fined: $1500.00 for installing 2 systems out of the scope of his license.
Steve Culberson: Fined: $1,000.00 for installing a system without a permit.
Bobby Rogers: Fined: $1500.00 for installing a system without a license or a permit.
